Deep Roots on the Treasure Coast — Come Visit the Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd Booth at the 2016 St. Lucie County Fair

2016-Logo-650x490 (2)It’s time once again for cotton candy, funnel cakes, tilt-a-whirls, FFA barbeque, and 4-H livestock shows and exhibits. The 2016 St. Lucie County Fair, a community tradition since 1966, officially kicks off February 26th and runs through March 6th.

As a lifelong, fourth-generation resident of Fort Pierce, I enjoyed attending the fair as a kid, back when the event was held on the 20 acres next to the St. Lucie County Airport and the education and livestock exhibits were held in the same facility. Even though the fair has expanded out west to now occupy 250 acres with state-of-the-art barns, exhibit halls, arenas, and midway, the excitement of the community coming together to showcase the area’s agriculture, education, businesses, and talents remain the same.

This year at the fair, my firm and I are sponsoring a booth in the Business and Community Display Building with the theme of “Deep Roots on the Treasure Coast.” I take pride in my community, and my deep roots in St. Lucie County have helped shape my firm and how it approaches the practice of law.

Since 1980, I have represented thousands of injured victims and their families on the Treasure Coast, and my firm has grown to encompass four offices within the Treasure Coast—Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, and Okeechobee—and our practice areas have branched into personal injury, auto accidents, social security disability, veterans’ benefits, workers’ compensation, and bankruptcy. In addition, I am one of the few attorneys in the state of Florida to be a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, a distinction that recognizes my extensive experience and commitment to providing the highest level of legal services.

Part of my commitment to service involves giving back to the community. I remain active in many community and professional organizations, such as Sunrise Kiwanis, the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce, Treasure Coast Justice Association, the St. Lucie County Bar Association, the St. Lucie County Fair Association, and have served as mayor of St. Lucie Village. My bond to the local community has helped me to become the lawyer that I am today. This involvement and experience has enabled me to know the people of my community and the courts and many of the members that serve in them, and my firm and I show our gratitude to the Treasure Coast by providing the best service to all of our clients.

I invite you to visit the Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd booth at the fair this year, where my team and I will be giving out loads of free goodies, balloons for the kids, and free legal information. Plus one lucky entrant will win a free Big Green Egg grill. Come visit with us to learn how our firm is committed to serving the communities in which we live and work.

The Law Firm of Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd is a full-service law firm focused on high-quality work, client satisfaction, and community involvement. We approach each case with a thorough understanding of our client’s objectives, and we focus on building strategic and effective solutions.
