Attorney Peter J. (“P.J.”) Lubas, Jr., is a life-long Floridian who brings a passion for representing injured workers to every case. P.J. graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. He then attended Stetson University College of Law where he developed his passion representing disabled veterans before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, in addition to the time he devoted as a teaching assistant at the Stetson University
College of Law Veterans Advocacy Clinic. Also during law school, he worked as a clerk for a personal injury firm that represents victims of negligence and wrongful death across the State of Florida.

After graduating from Stetson University College of Law, P.J. was admitted to the Florida Bar and moved to Vero Beach in 2020 with wife., Taylor Lubas. Since that time, P.J. has continued to protect the rights of the injured across the Treasure Coast. Today, P.J. exclusively represents workers that are injured on the job and in need of workers’ compensation benefits. His goal in each and every case is to ensure that his client receives timely medical treatment, wage loss benefits, and any other benefit available to them under the Florida Workers’ Compensation system.

P.J.’s wife, Taylor, is a wills, trusts, and estates attorney in Vero Beach. P.J. and Taylor enjoy spending time with their Labrador retriever, Beau. His other hobbies include playing golf, fishing, and attending sporting events. P.J. is a member of the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section, Indian River Bar Association, Treasure Coast Justice Association, and the Rotary Club of Okeechobee. P.J. is also active volunteer for the Indian River Land Trust.
