Attorney Taylor Hoskins is a lifelong and fifth-generation resident of St. Lucie County. She graduated from Lincoln Park Academy High School and obtained her undergraduate degree from Stetson University in 2012. Taylor received her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2015 and her LL. M. degree (Masters of Law) in Trial Advocacy from Stetson University College of Law, recognized by U.S. News and World Report as first in the nation for trial advocacy. Taylor’s specialized LL. M. degree signifies her advanced, innovative and multinational legal training.

In 2022, Taylor was named to the National Trial Lawyers 40 Under 40 list for her exceptional work as a Florida civil plaintiff trial lawyer. With this recognition, Taylor is part of an elite group of the top 40 attorneys from Florida under the age of 40. Membership in the group is invitation-only and extended exclusively to individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young trial lawyer.

During law school, she was a member of the prestigious International Legal Honor Society Phi Delta Phi, and she earned prestigious Book Awards for both Criminal Procedure and Personal Injury. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015, Attorney Hoskins specializes in personal injury law and brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and legal heritage to her practice. Her father, Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney Steve Hoskins leads the personal injury department of the firm with over 40 years of experience. As the supervising attorney of the pre-litigation unit of the personal injury department, Taylor is committed to securing the best possible results for her clients. Recently, Taylor obtained a 1 million dollar personal injury trial verdict for her client’s family following a tragic hit and run accident—indicating Taylor’s strategic case approach, her dedication, and her personal assurance that all of her clients receive the compensation they so aptly deserve.

Taylor Hoskins is a member of the St. Lucie County Bar Association, where she has served as treasurer, secretary, vice president, and president, and a member of the Bar Associations of Indian River County and Port St. Lucie. She is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Treasure Coast Justice Association where she has served as secretary, treasurer, vice president, and is president-elect.

Taylor is also a community activist. She is vice president-elect of the board of the Boys & Girls Club of St. Lucie County. She has also served as board chairman for the Florida’s Coast to Heartland Chapter of the American Red Cross, was a member of Impact 100 St. Lucie, and sat on the leadership board of the United Way of St. Lucie County’s Women United.

An accomplished equestrian, Taylor enjoys riding, playing golf, and traveling.
