Attorney Joy Greyer is “of counsel” to Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd. A Board Certified Social Security Disability Advocate through the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, Greyer is one of only six lawyers with this distinction in the state of Florida, and one of only 37 attorneys in the United States who have been certified by the National Board of Social Security Disability Advocates.
A trial attorney with over 20 years of experience, Greyer has helped hundreds of clients get the full benefits they deserve from Social Security Disability and Supplemental Income claims. Her expertise and extensive knowledge of the complex Social Security Disability laws, rules, and regulations enable her to successfully argue cases in front of administrative judges and obtain the best possible results for her clients and their families.
Greyer believes that Social Security is a basic right of every American citizen, and benefits should be made available when a person becomes disabled or when additional income is needed. She is passionate about helping the injured and finds fulfillment in defending those who are not capable of defending themselves. In her “of counsel” role at Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd, Greyer will assist and advise our Social Security Department, working closely with our staff and clients to file appeals for wrongly denied claims.
Prior to joining our firm, Greyer worked at a personal injury firm in South Florida, and she obtained her law degree from Nova Southeastern University.
