Giving Back: Steve’s Ride for the Red Cross

Ride For Red Cross

Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd supports WPTV News Channel 5 Chief Meteorologist Steve Weagle raise money for the Red Cross

Living on the Treasure Coast, we know first-hand the impact of hurricanes on our community. That’s why our firm supports WPTV News Channel 5 Chief Meteorologist Steve Weagle’s Ride for the Red Cross to benefit the American Red Cross Palm Beach & Treasure Coast Chapter and Florida Gulf Coast to Heartland Chapter.

The Law Firm of Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd have been proud supporters of local Red Cross chapters for years. When disaster strikes, such as a tropical storm or hurricane, the Red Cross is ready to provide a place to sleep, warm meals, clothing, emotional support and hope to those affected. While we annually donate to Steve’s Ride for the Red Cross, members of our firm also volunteer and serve with the Red Cross Treasure Coast Chapter.

Attorney Taylor Hoskins is board chairman-elect for Florida’s Coast to Heartland Chapter of the American Red Cross. In this role, she participates in numerous charity events throughout the year, such as volunteering to install smoke detectors, collecting school supplies for St. Lucie County and Indian River County kids, and organizing community fundraisers.

Giving back to the Treasure Coast community

At the Law Firm of Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd, we consider giving back to the Treasure Coast community among the most important values we seek to uphold. To that end, we regularly donate to local non-profit organizations in Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Vero Beach and Okeechobee. But it doesn’t stop there. Our employees also know that rolling up your sleeves to pitch in is even more valuable. Many of our team members volunteer with local service groups on an individual basis and through firm-wide initiatives, like the Annual New Horizons Race for Recovery 5K Run, the Buggy Bunch 5K Race in Vero Beach, and numerous events with the local United Way chapter. It is our hope that by giving back, we can contribute to making life on the Treasure Coast better for all.
