- Dial *FHP (*347) from your mobile phone.
- A dispatcher will determine if your crash qualifies for a Desk Trooper.
- If eligible, you’ll receive a secure video chat link via text.
- Connect with an FHP trooper who will review the scene, take statements, and file a crash report—all remotely.
No apps or downloads required. The process is fast, convenient, and helps free up troopers for more urgent calls.
