Justin has more than a decade of experience in complex financial restructuring and bankruptcy litigation and is a member of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court. Since joining Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd in 2013, Justin has successfully represented hundreds of families and small businesses along the Treasure Coast. Through creative solutions and compassionate counsel, he efficiently and effectively helps individuals address their debt and work towards a more sustainable future.
Among his many accomplishments, Justin was appointed to the Lawyer Advisory Committee for the Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court in 2020. In this role, he acts as a liaison between the Court and bankruptcy law practitioners throughout the district and aids in the development, implementation, and management of various bankruptcy-related programs.
