Steve Hoskins, managing partner of the firm, received his legal training from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Hoskins was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1980. He practices exclusively in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Insurance Litigation matters. He has been recognized by The Florida Bar as a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 1989 and is admitted to the Middle and Southern District Federal Courts. Mr. Hoskins has received many professional and community recognition awards since 1980.
Louis D. Turco, a partner, obtained his undergraduate degree from Canisius College, summa cum laude (highest honors). Mr. Turco served as a feature staff writer for The Griffin, the Canisius College School Newspaper. Mr. Turco obtained his law degree from Florida State University in 1990 and received the Book Award for Commercial Paper. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Turco is a member of NOSSCR, the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives, and has handled thousands of social security disability cases since 1991. Mr Turco handles social security disability cases at all levels of appeal.
Ian Lloyd, a partner, graduated from Stetson University, College of Law, and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1999. He is admitted to the Southern Federal District Court. He is the past President of the St. Lucie County Bar Association. Mr. Lloyd assists Mr. Turco in the Social Security Disability Department of the firm.
Colin Lloyd, a partner, is a member of the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar, American Bankruptcy Institute and The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to the Middle and Southern District Federal Courts. Mr. Lloyd received his legal training at the University of Florida, College of Law, where he graduated with honors. Mr. Lloyd supervises the Bankruptcy Department of the firm, and he assists Mr. Hoskins in the Personal Injury and Insurance Litigation Department of the Firm. Mr. Lloyd is a member of The Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida.
